I am building Eagle Rides, a premium black-car service, and I need a seamless digital experience that matches the luxury we offer on the road. The scope covers a fully-featured mobile app for both iOS and Android as well as a customer-facing website, all sharing a single back-end so ride data, payments and user profiles stay perfectly in sync. Mobile app requirements • Core ride-booking flow: choose pickup/drop-off, select vehicle class, see fare estimate, confirm. • Real-time driver tracking on an in-app map. Accuracy and smooth updates are critical to the customer experience. • Secure payment gateway integration supporting cards and digital wallets, with receipts delivered automatically. Website requirements • Mirror the ride-booking journey from the app so desktop users enjoy the same friction-free flow. • Pages for service information (fleet details, coverage areas, FAQs) that I can later edit through a simple CMS. • A customer-review section that pulls verified feedback straight from completed trips. Tech direction I am open to proven stacks such as Flutter, React Native or Swift/Kotlin paired with a Node.js or Laravel back-end and a responsive React or Next.js front-end, provided the final result is fast, secure and easy to maintain. Deliverables 1. Source code for mobile apps and website, well documented. 2. RESTful or GraphQL API with authentication. 3. Deployment scripts/configs for App Store, Google Play and hosting provider. 4. Brief video walkthrough plus written hand-off guide. Acceptance criteria • Booking, tracking and payment functions pass end-to-end tests on current iOS and Android versions. • Website renders flawlessly on modern desktop and mobile browsers. • All personal and payment data handled over TLS and stored following PCI guidelines. If you have launched ride-hailing or logistics products before, I’d love to see them and hear how you would approach this build.
