The store is built on a modern SaaS platform, carries several hundred SKUs, and already sees steady daily visitors; what I’m missing is a focused owner of the product experience who can uncover where money is left on the table and fix it fast. Your day-to-day will revolve around sharpening the catalogue, testing offers, tightening the purchase flow, and aligning every page with a single goal: higher average order value and more completed checkouts. You’ll lean on data from Google Analytics, heat-mapping tools and the platform’s own dashboard, propose hypothesis-driven changes, then push them live through the built-in CMS or—when code tweaks are needed—coordinate with our developer for implementation. Key deliverables • A 90-day growth roadmap that prioritises quick wins alongside longer-term conversion lifts • Weekly KPI snapshots (conversion rate, AOV, cart abandonment, top revenue pages) and written insight on what to tackle next • Optimised product pages and collections, including refreshed copy, imagery briefs and variant structure where it matters • At least two A/B tests per month with statistically meaningful results Acceptance criteria • Conversion rate uplift documented against the current baseline after the first full month of implemented changes • All tests accompanied by clear hypothesis, set-up details and conclusive outcome data If you’ve previously boosted sales for comparable online stores and are comfortable moving from insight to execution without hand-holding, I’d love to see examples and discuss how quickly we can start.
