I need a proactive virtual assistant to keep my service-based online operation running smoothly from both the storefront and the inbox. Day to day, you will process incoming service orders, update availability (our version of “inventory”), and make sure every customer email receives a clear, courteous reply within 24 hours. Current support channel • Email (primary — we may add live chat or phone later) You should already feel at home inside common E-commerce dashboards such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento and be comfortable switching between them if we migrate. Strong written English, keen attention to detail, and a genuine customer-first mindset are non-negotiable.
