I have a series of fresh, high-resolution drone shots of a development that is already in its final stretch. From these photographs I need a set of photorealistic renderings that look as if a professional architectural photographer walked the site at ground level. Scope • Start with the supplied drone images; no existing BIM or 3D file will be provided. • Reconstruct the scene as needed, then produce still images that faithfully match real-world lighting and material characteristics. • Emphasise two things: the façade treatment (textures, glazing, cladding) and the surrounding landscape design. Interiors are not required. Deliverables 1. A minimum of 10 high-resolution JPEG/PNG renders (4K preferred) from varied, natural eye-level viewpoints. 2. Source-quality files (e.g., .psd, .max, .blend, or similar) so future edits remain possible. 3. A brief summary of the workflow and key settings—nothing elaborate, just enough to let me reproduce the look if needed. Acceptance Criteria • Renders must be indistinguishable from site photography when viewed at 100 % zoom. • Accurate facade colours, materials, and site grading based on the photos I provide. • Consistent sky, light direction, and shadows across all images. Turnaround: within one week of receiving the photographs. Popular tools like V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Twinmotion, or Blender are all fine—use whatever you are fastest with as long as the end result feels real.
