Phase 2 – Ownership Consolidation Once the gaps are clear, place every account under company ownership, migrate Figma files into the company workspace, set up Git-based version control, confirm reliable backups and disaster-recovery routines, and standardise access with role-based permissions plus 2-factor authentication. Phase 3 – Documentation Wrap up with a clear, developer-friendly knowledge base that includes: • Technical architecture overview • Access-control matrix • Backup & restore SOP • Deployment workflow write-up • Recommendations for future scalability Acceptance criteria 1. Complete inventory spreadsheet and risk report delivered in PDF/Google Doc. 2. All accounts and repositories verified under company control. 3. Documentation reviewed in a hand-off call and accepted by our team.
