We’re looking for a software developer who can support us during technical interviews and occasional client calls. This is not a full-time coding role. The main focus is helping explain technical decisions, discussing project experience, and supporting conversations when needed. You don’t need to be a senior architect, but you should have real development experience and feel comfortable talking about projects, system design basics, and common technical trade-offs in clear English. Responsibilities: - Join technical interviews when needed - Help explain project experience in a clear way - Support client communication on technical topics - Review requirements before calls Nice to have: - Experience supporting interviews - Good communication skills - Comfortable speaking on calls This is a flexible collaboration and can become long-term if it works well.
