ASCIA OS — Smart Home Platform | Phase 0 Validation Contract We are ASCIA Inc., a Montreal-based smart home company building our own proprietary operating system (ASCIA OS) on top of Home Assistant. We are looking for a development agency — not individual freelancers — for a long-term technical partnership. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ READ BEFORE APPLYING This is NOT a simple web app or dashboard project. ASCIA OS is a technically complex embedded system combining: Home Assistant OS (fork), Docker containerized add-ons, real-time 3D browser rendering (Three.js), IoT protocols (Zigbee, KNX, MQTT, ONVIF), and Flutter mobile with native Swift/Kotlin plugins.
