Project Description: Want to develop an AI-powered IT Helpdesk Chatbot. I require an experienced AI/ML developer or a team to help build and integrate this system. Project Goal: To create a functional chatbot that uses pre-trained Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-3.5 or DeepSeek to automate routine IT support tasks for a college. The bot will handle FAQs, password reset guidance, login issues, and software troubleshooting, providing instant, accurate responses to students, faculty, and staff via the college website. Key Features & Requirements: Core AI: Integrate a pre-trained LLM (OpenAI GPT-3.5 Turbo or DeepSeek LLM) via API. Fine-tune the model on a custom dataset of college-specific IT support FAQs and chat logs. Implement strong Natural Language Understanding (NLU) to handle varied user queries. Functionality: Handle common IT queries (password resets, Wi-Fi issues, portal access). Provide role-based responses (different answers for students vs. staff). Include a feedback mechanism for users to rate responses. Integration & Deployment: Integrate the chatbot into a college website (JavaScript/Python backend). Ensure secure user authentication and data privacy. Admin Features: A simple admin panel for IT staff to update the chatbot's knowledge base. Log unresolved queries for human review. Deliverables: A fully functional AI chatbot backend and frontend. Source code with clear documentation. Integration into a test website for demonstration. Documentation on setup, deployment, and how to update the knowledge base.
