I need a desktop-based purchase-order application whose core strength is inventory management. The goal is to streamline how I create purchase orders while watching stock levels in real time, so I can see what needs reordering, generate the PO on the spot, and update inventory as soon as the order is received. Key points I want covered • Stand-alone desktop build (no browser dependency) • Fast, intuitive screens to raise, edit, and archive purchase orders • A live inventory module that deducts and restocks quantities automatically Although order creation, supplier records, and similar add-ons would be useful down the road, my initial milestone is a solid inventory-aware PO workflow. Clean code, an installer, and brief user documentation will be the acceptance criteria for hand-off.
