The Challenge We are moving away from a traditional "digital brochure" feel toward high-performance, modern platforms designed for lead generation and global recruitment. We are looking for a visionary design partner to overhaul four distinct accounting and advisory brands. This is a "Design-First" selection process: We are requesting initial visual concepts and a comprehensive execution plan. We will select the vendor based on the design aesthetic that best aligns with our "Cloud-First" vision. 1. Project Scope & Brands We require a complete rebuild of the following four websites, all focused on service-based businesses: The CFO Site (www.thecfo.site): Fractional CFO and controllership services. Focus on high-level reporting (Power BI), KPI tracking, and integrated time-tracking solutions. The Accounting Site (www.theaccounting.site): High-volume compliance for non-Quebec businesses. Focus on bookkeeping, sales tax, and payroll efficiency. AF Accounting (www.afaccounting.ca): Quebec-market compliance. Requirement: Full English/French bilingual version. 6ixFinance (https://6ixfinance.com/): Specialized finance services for public companies, focused on cloud migration and institutional reporting. 2. Design Aesthetic & Lead-Gen Requirements We are looking for a modern, "Cloud-First" aesthetic similar to Zenbooks or Avalon Accounting, with interactive elements inspired by YBL. Each site must be a "lead-capturing machine" featuring: Interactive Tools: Fee estimators for the compliance brands and tiered pricing guides for the CFO brands (Ref: Zenbooks). Lead Magnets: Downloadable PDF guides, checklists, or whitepapers for each niche. Employer Branding: A "Careers" section highlighting our 100% remote, "work-from-home" global culture to attract talent from Bookkeepers to CFOs. Performance: Ultra-lightweight architecture optimized for extreme loading speeds. 3. Submission Requirements (Phase 1: Design Pitch) To be considered, please provide a proposal that includes the following: Visual Concept: A high-fidelity mockup or a detailed mood board for The CFO Site (our flagship brand) to demonstrate your design direction. Case Studies: Examples of high-conversion websites you have built, specifically featuring interactive calculators or bilingual functionality. Timeline Commitment: Confirmation that you can have all sites live and functional by May 24, 2026. Selection Criteria: We will prioritize the vendor who demonstrates the best visual modernism and a clear understanding of lead-generation UX.
