Architect / Designer needed for aesthetic center layout + physical model (Barcelona) Description: We are looking for a freelance architect or interior designer to support an academic project involving the design of an aesthetic/beauty center. The scope of the project includes: • Creation of basic architectural floor plans (layout, zoning, room distribution) • Design of a physical scale model (maqueta física) of the space • Guidance on materials and structure for the model (can be built by you or with instructions for us to build it) At this stage, we do not have detailed specifications, so we are looking for someone who can also contribute creatively to the concept and layout. Project details: • Type: Aesthetic / beauty center (cosmetic treatments, skincare, etc.) • Location reference: Barcelona, Spain • Purpose: Academic project (non-commercial) • Level of detail: Medium (clean, presentable, not overly technical) Deliverables: • 2D floor plans (PDF and/or editable format) • Optional: 3D visualization (preferred but not mandatory) • Physical model OR detailed instructions to build it • Basic concept explanation Requirements: • Experience in architecture, interior design, or similar • Experience with scale models or architectural visualization is a plus • Ability to communicate clearly and iterate based on feedback Timeline: Flexible (to be discussed) Budget: Open to proposals
