Objective: Providing end to end indoor demo system of a solution which, in real conditions, gathers wildfire georeferenced data from drones/planes and turns them into understandable information to Firefighters through the GIS software they use. The system needs to permit to draw polygons and points through a GIS map software, export them, import them into a data management system which converts georeferenced data of any format, including polygons and points in a single file, ready to drag and drop into CRIMSON Tactic (Firefighters' software used to manage interventions), having a customized symbology, calculation between polygons/points from different files and specific attributes displayable. Using conditions: indoor visual demo; with or without internet connection; in real time reactivity; with 1 single screen (laptop Mac iOS or PC), 2 screens (laptop Mac iOS or PC or tablet + TV) or 2 screens (laptop Mac iOS or PC or tablet + TV) and a touchscreen console, as hardware supports; working with Windows and iOS If there’s a better approach or toolset you prefer (Python + GeoPandas/QGIS for preprocessing, for example), I’m open to suggestions! (The budget showed is not definitive)
