Hi, I have a Shopify store and I am facing a serious issue with high abandoned carts and checkouts. After installing a session recording app (Propel Replays & Heatmaps), I can clearly see that many customers are getting JavaScript errors during cart and checkout. Customers are: Adding products to cart Clicking checkout Even reaching payment (PayPal) But then something breaks and they leave without completing the purchase. This is happening across multiple sessions and devices (especially mobile), so it is not a user issue it is a website problem.
