I need reliable help with two core administrative duties: accurately entering mixed data into our systems and handling customer inquiries across email, phone, and live-chat channels. For the data entry portion, you’ll receive spreadsheets, PDFs, and CRM export files that contain both text and numerical fields. Your job is to transfer or update these records in our cloud database without errors, apply basic formatting, and flag any inconsistencies you notice. On the customer support side, you’ll log in to our shared email inbox, VoIP soft-phone, and web chat dashboard, reply to common questions, process simple account changes, and escalate anything outside the standard FAQ. Clear, friendly communication in written and spoken English is essential. Deliverables • Daily spreadsheet or CRM updates with zero missing fields • Same-day responses to all email, phone, and chat tickets during our stated support hours • Brief end-of-shift report summarizing tickets handled and any data issues spotted If you already use tools like Google Sheets, Zendesk, or similar CRMs, that’s a plus, but I’m open to whichever platform you’re comfortable with as long as accuracy and response time stay consistent.
