We are looking to develop a customized ERP system for our UAE-based trading company (Lavish LLC), dealing in e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon Vendor Central and Noon. Scope of work includes: • Product / SKU master management (internal SKU, marketplace SKU, supplier mapping) • Procurement and purchase management (supplier orders, cost tracking, GRN) • Warehouse & inventory management (stock tracking, bin location, movement, repacking) • Marketplace integration (Amazon VC, Noon – order sync, inventory sync) • Order processing and fulfillment tracking • Profit and margin calculation (including referral fees, shipping, FBA/FBN costs) • Finance and reconciliation (order-level profit, settlement matching) • Dashboard and reporting (inventory, sales, profit analysis) • User roles and access control • Audit logs for all system activities Requirements: • Experience in ERP development (Odoo or custom ERP preferred) • Strong understanding of inventory, accounting, and e-commerce workflows • Ability to build system in phases (modular approach) • Experience with API integrations We already have defined process flows and system structure. We are looking for a long-term development partner to build and maintain this system.
