I need a small web platform that lets my customers talk to us – and to each other – in two ways: • a real-time live-chat window for quick questions • a threaded message board for longer discussions that should stay searchable Visitors must be able to sign in with their Google account, but I also want the classic email / password option for those who prefer it. Once inside, they will post customer-support questions, so the interface has to feel reliable, tidy and easy to moderate. Here’s what I expect at hand-over: 1. Fully responsive website (desktop, tablet, mobile). 2. Gmail OAuth and custom email/password authentication, complete with password-reset flow. 3. Working live-chat module with typing indicator, read receipts and basic emoji support. 4. Message-board area with categories, threaded replies, edit/delete (user-owned) and admin moderation tools. 5. Simple admin dashboard where I can view conversations, suspend users and export chat logs. 6. Clean codebase with setup instructions so I can deploy on a standard Linux VPS (LAMP or Node stack; I’m flexible). Feel free to suggest the framework you’re most comfortable with (React, Vue, Laravel, Django, Firebase, etc.). What matters is security, speed and a UI that looks professional out of the box.
