We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented freelancer to support our children’s brand with customer service and blog writing with SEO knowledge. What you’ll help with: * Respond to customer service emails and messages in a warm, professional, and helpful way * Help answer common questions about orders, shipping, products, and policies * Write blog posts that are clear, engaging, and optimized for SEO * Do basic keyword research and suggest blog topics based on search intent * Add internal links, meta descriptions, headings, and other basic SEO elements * Help improve and refresh existing blog content when needed * Keep communication organized and accurate What we’re looking for: * Strong written English * Experience in customer service and handling customer inquiries professionally * Experience writing SEO-friendly blog content * Understanding of keyword usage, blog structure, titles, meta descriptions, and internal linking * Detail-oriented and able to follow brand voice and guidelines * Organized, responsive, and able to work independently * Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or e-commerce brands is a plus * Interest in parenting, education, toys, culture, or mission-driven brands is a plus About the role: * Remote freelance role * Part-time to start * Ongoing work for the right person * We’re looking for someone who can grow with us long term To apply, please include: 1.
