I’m launching an online learning platform built entirely on WordPress and need the whole site crafted from the ground up. The core of the project is a clean, fully custom theme (no off-the-shelf templates) that showcases video-based lessons. Visitors must be able to create an account, log in, and then access the course dashboard; registration and login should apply to every user, not just paying participants.
