I want a web-based tool that lets me create and distribute surveys with the simplicity of Google Forms, yet goes several steps further once the responses start rolling in. The form builder must handle multiple-choice, open-ended and rating-scale items and let me apply my own colours, fonts and logo so every survey carries my branding out of the box. After data collection, the platform should automatically compile the results into a polished, print-ready PDF that follows a fixed analysis template (charts, key metrics, narrative text already defined by me). I will also need the option to pull a respondent-level PDF for one-click individual feedback sheets. Raw data access is essential, so please include an export to Excel or CSV.
