I need a developer who can build and seamlessly embed a real-time chat component into my existing site. Visitors should be able to open the widget instantly, exchange text, images, and documents, and escalate any conversation into a one-click audio or video call without leaving the page. A key requirement is permanent conversation history: even if a user closes the browser or returns days later, every message must reappear exactly where they left off. Please architect secure storage for this data and make sure nothing is lost, duplicated, or exposed. The interface has to feel as clean on mobile as it does on desktop—fast load, smooth animations, and an overall modern look. I’m flexible on the underlying stack as long as it supports WebSocket-style real-time messaging and WebRTC calling, and you can justify the choice for long-term maintainability.
