**Job Title:** GoHighLevel Specialist – Sales Enablement Tool with Embedded Quoting App **Overview:** We need an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) specialist to build a tablet-first (iPad) sales enablement system for field reps. The tool must cover the full workflow: lead intake, appointment management, quoting, proposal generation, contract signing, and document delivery. Most will use GHL’s native features; one custom component is required — an embedded quoting calculator built into a GHL funnel page. **Core Requirements:** * Advanced knowledge of GHL: funnels, workflows, custom fields, calendars, proposals/contracts, roles/permissions. * Build a rep-friendly iPad interface (“app-like” via GHL funnel). * Configure Buffer Calendar + per-rep Google Calendar sync. * Automations: notifications, proposal/contract/warranty delivery. * Templates for proposals, contracts, and emails. * Develop quoting calculator: * Fetch products/prices from GHL Products via API. * Add multiple line items, calculate totals, allow manual overrides. * “Generate Proposal” → POST to GHL API with line items. * Clean, documented JavaScript/HTML/CSS; no heavy frameworks. **Deliverables:** * Phase 1: GHL setup (fields, calendars, workflows, templates). * Phase 2: Embedded quoting calculator fully functional. * Phase 3: Styled funnel UI, full testing (lead → quote → contract → docs). * Training/technical handover on completion. **What We’re Looking For:** * Proven GHL builds with custom code/API integrations. * Strong front-end skills (vanilla JS/HTML/CSS). * Experience delivering polished, tablet-first UIs. * Ability to document, test, and hand over clearly. **Next Steps:** Please include: * Examples of similar GHL or CRM projects. * Proposed approach and timeline. * Your pricing (hourly or fixed per phase).
