Project: Airbnb & VRBO Listing Setup for Timeshare Properties (Fixed Dates) Project Overview We are looking for an experienced freelancer to set up and publish Airbnb and VRBO listings for three timeshare-owned properties in different locations. These are fixed-date timeshare weeks, not flexible rentals. Accuracy, platform compliance, and preventing double bookings are extremely important. VERY IMPORTANT – Monitoring, Follow-Up & Notification The freelancer must stay on this project until ALL provided listings are successfully booked This is not a one-time posting job You are required to: Continuously monitor all listings after they go live Follow up regularly until bookings are completed Notify us immediately when any booking is confirmed Preferred notification method: WhatsApp (immediate alert required) ➡️ Once a booking is confirmed, we will take over all guest communication and further handling. Properties & Platforms 3 properties Each property must be listed on: Airbnb VRBO Total listings: 6 separate listings (each property listed individually on each platform) What We Will Provide Airbnb & VRBO login or co-host access Official resort photos and/or our own photos Sample description and resort details Exact check-in and check-out dates (7 nights, Saturday–Saturday only) Cost per night and target weekly pricing List of amenities and highlights Your Responsibilities 1. Listing Setup Create and publish listings on Airbnb and VRBO Upload, organize, and format photos professionally Convert our sample description into a professional, SEO-optimized listing Complete all listing sections: Amenities House rules Property highlights (pool, spa, beach access, etc.) Ensure listings are platform-compliant (especially for timeshare stays) 2. Calendar & Pricing (Critical) Lock availability strictly to fixed timeshare dates 7 nights Saturday–Saturday only Ensure no extra dates are bookable Enter pricing exactly as provided Turn OFF Smart Pricing / auto-pricing on both Airbnb and VRBO 3. Prevent Double Booking The same fixed week will be listed on both Airbnb and VRBO You must: Set up calendar sync (iCal) or Manually block availability immediately If a booking comes in on either platform, you must: Immediately block/remove the listing on the other platform Notify us right away 4. Monitoring & Notification Actively monitor all listings after publishing Continue monitoring until the first booking is confirmed very Important Notify us immediately when a booking occurs Preferred notification method: WhatsApp Once a booking is confirmed, we will take over all guest communication and management.
