I have roughly 2,000 SKUs that need to be entered into my CS-Cart store. All of the product information currently sits in a collection of PDF files—descriptions, SKUs, prices, variants and basic specs—but there are no images attached. What I need from you • Extract every data point from the PDFs, restructure it into the CSV format CS-Cart accepts and map each field correctly (name, code, price, options, category, SEO, etc.). • Source or capture suitable product images (either from the manufacturer’s site or another approved source), rename them to match SKU conventions and upload them so that each listing is complete. • Run a test import first, let me verify a sample set, then proceed with the full batch. • Handle any data-cleaning or reformatting issues so the final catalogue is free of duplicates, missing attributes or broken links. Acceptance criteria 1. All ~2,000 products visible and searchable in the storefront with correct titles, prices, variants and categories. 2. Every item displays at least one clear image. 3. No validation errors in the CS-Cart admin import log. Familiarity with CS-Cart’s bulk import tool, CSV manipulation (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets) and basic image-editing software is essential. Time frame is flexible but I would like steady progress updates and a realistic completion date once you review the sample files.
