I am building a full SaaS solution that lets users rate and review local services from their phones while I manage everything from a web-based dashboard. The mobile side must ship on both iOS and Android from a single codebase, and the web portal will serve as the backbone for data management and analytics in the future. Core flow • Users browse or search for a provider, leave a star rating with written feedback, and see aggregate scores update in real time. • A built-in notification system pushes instant alerts to providers when new reviews arrive and to users when their feedback is replied to or flagged. Scope of work – Design and develop the iOS and Android apps (React Native, Flutter or similar cross-platform stack are fine; native is also acceptable if you prefer). – Build the SaaS web application with secure API endpoints, admin panel and scalable database structure. – Implement the review/ratings engine with moderation hooks. – Integrate a robust push/email notification layer that can be toggled per user. – Handle store submissions, basic server deployment and provide clean, commented source code. Acceptance The project is complete once both mobile apps are live in their respective stores, the SaaS dashboard is running on my cloud instance, and all review actions trigger the correct notifications without lag or data loss.
