Now I need that vision translated into polished, store-ready iOS and Android apps that anyone can pick up and use in seconds. Core scope • Marketplace remains the heart of the product, so listings, search, and profile-to-profile transactions must feel lightning fast and intuitive. • Maps are essential: real-time location tracking for users and items, plus an easy “what’s nearby” view. If you have a neat way to add route planning later, keep the architecture open for it. • Simple onboarding flows (email, social, or phone) with ratings & reviews tied to each user profile. • A built-in payment stack that supports subscription tiers, one-off purchases, and smaller in-app upsells. All flows should pass App Store and Google Play compliance from day one. • In-app analytics so I can monitor usage and conversion without third-party SDK bloat—Firebase and Mixpanel are fine, but keep future switching painless. • A clean admin console or lightweight CMS for non-technical staff to moderate listings and surface data insights. Deliverables 1. Production-ready iOS and Android apps, submitted to both stores under my accounts. 2. Source code (preferably React Native or Flutter, but open to native if you can justify it). 3. Documentation for setup, deployment, and feature toggles. 4. Post-launch support window to squash any critical bugs uncovered by early users. Acceptance criteria • An unaffiliated tester can create an account, locate nearby listings in under 60 seconds, and complete a purchase without guidance. • Location accuracy stays within platform norms while battery impact remains negligible. • Payments clear through test and live gateways for all three revenue models. • Crash-free sessions ≥ 99% across both platforms during the first 30 days of public release.
