My food business needs a mobile solution that turns all of our UK Food Standards Agency checklists into a simple digital workflow. The app must run on both iOS and Android, giving employees and managers the same real-time view of what has been completed and what is still pending. What the app should let us do • Build, edit and retire checklist templates that match UK regulations. • Fire push notifications or in-app reminders so no temperature check or cleaning task is missed. • Convert submissions into filterable reports with basic analytics, ready to export as PDF or CSV for environmental-health inspections. Integration with API Square. I want to allocate the task to the rota and not the person. The person who does that schedule needs to do XYZ Acceptance criteria 1. Staff entries are time-stamped, geo-tagged, and saved offline until they can sync. 2. Manager accounts can lock templates, view compliance percentages, and download signed reports. 3. Data storage is secure, GDPR-compliant, and backed up daily. 4. The finished product is approved in both the App Store and Google Play. Please include the backend (Firebase, AWS, or a similarly scalable stack), hand over full source code, and record a short walkthrough so my team can update templates in the future.
