I’m ready to move all of our customer information into a new CRM and would like an experienced hand to make the switch smooth and accurate. The job breaks down into three main pieces: • Data migration – export, clean, map and import Customer contact information, Sales and deals data, and the complete Communication history so nothing is lost or duplicated. • Tag architecture – set up and apply the key tags we rely on (Lead source, Customer type, Deal stage) so the data is instantly segmentable once live. • Validation – after the import, confirm record counts, spot-check fields and be sure every tag fires correctly in searches, filters and basic reports. I haven’t committed to a specific platform yet, so if you have strong opinions or proven processes for HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM or another comparable option, feel free to note that in your proposal. What matters most is a clear plan, reliable execution and concise documentation so my team can pick up immediately after go-live.
