CRM-Intelligent Inventory Management System

I need a developer who can stitch the whole ecosystem together, from product ingestion all the way to post-sale CRM activity. What I already know I want • Millions of SKUs must display on the site with fixed price options visible to customers from day one. • Every vendor’s stock will flow in by API; there should be no manual spreadsheets in the background. • The site runs on a pure drop-shipping model, so routing orders, tracking inventory accuracy and avoiding oversell situations are critical. • Customers who need a better deal will click “Request for Quotation”. Their RFQ must reach us instantly by both email and WhatsApp, and our reply window is measured in minutes, not hours. • I also want tools to surface surplus or excess inventory and push those lots for liquidation. • Shipment labels and tracking need to be triggered automatically through whichever logistics partner best fits the destination (FedEx, Blue Dart, Delhivery, etc.). • Leads, quotes, orders, HR tasks and purchase cycles should land in a central CRM where I can assign employees, monitor status and generate reports. • Wherever possible, I’d like workflows to run without human intervention – think price-change rules, PO generation, supplier follow-ups, even onboarding new vendors with an automated document checklist. • Finally, a supplier-identification module should help us source parts we don’t yet carry, matching requests with eligible manufacturers or distributors. Deliverables 1. Scalable e-commerce site (web + responsive) seeded with a sample vendor via API. 2. RFQ engine pushing to both channels and logging conversations back into the CRM. 3. Middleware or micro-service that normalises vendor feeds, flags surplus items and syncs shipping updates. 4. Basic CRM workspace pre-configured for leads, orders, HR and workflow automation. 5. Documentation and hand-off session covering how to plug in the next vendor feed or logistics provider. Tech stack is flexible as long as it supports high-volume product imports, API connectivity and future micro-services (Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar back-end; React, Vue or Angular front-end are all acceptable). Propose what you’re most comfortable scaling. Show me previous work that proves you can handle multi-million product catalogs, real-time API jobs and automation logic.
