I’m ready to give my real-estate CRM a thorough upgrade so it feels modern, intuitive, and easier to scale. Here’s what I need: 1. Fresh dashboard layout • Streamline the navigation menu so users reach key areas in fewer clicks. • Allow basic dashboard customization so each user can reorder or hide widgets. • Introduce clearer data-visualization tools—simple charts and metrics that load quickly and resize well on desktop and tablet. 2. PDF document revamp • Re-design the templates for Contracts, Reports, and our property-specific documents so they reflect the new UI style. • Ensure the PDF generator keeps dynamic fields, page breaks, and branding intact. 3. Real-estate portal API integration • Build (or refactor) the export flow that uploads property listings directly to partner portals via their REST APIs. A single-click “Publish” inside the CRM should handle authentication, data mapping, error handling, and basic logging. 4. Login & validation overhaul • Replace the current sign-in with a cleaner UI and stronger validation—email-verified accounts, password rules, and role-based access already wired into the CRM’s existing user table. I’ll provide current code access, sample PDFs, and API docs for each portal. Code should be clean, commented, and pushed to our private Git repo so I can review commits. If you’ve modernized dashboards, tweaked PDF generators, or connected listing portals before, I’d love to see those examples and hear your proposed timeline.
