I’m ready to roll out a custom CRM that brings automation, task management, and a full-featured client portal together in one place. Each of these three pillars is equally important to me, so the build needs to feel seamless—workflows should fire automatically, internal projects should stay organized, and clients should enjoy a polished self-service experience without ever noticing the hand-offs happening behind the scenes. For the portal itself, I need the following specific capabilities: • Document uploads • Messaging system • Appointment scheduling On the task-management side, the focus is strictly on project tasks; sales or support tickets won’t live here, so the views, statuses, and reporting can be optimized for project-centric work. Automation should tie everything together: when a document arrives, a project task can be triggered; when an appointment is booked, the right internal checklist launches automatically; when a status changes, clients receive the appropriate template-based update. I already have a library of email and workflow templates you can wire in—just make sure they remain editable for future tweaks. Deliverables will be a fully functional CRM instance (or custom build) with the features above configured, tested, and ready for my team to start using on day one.
