A fully isolated private office 3. A dedicated podcast recording studio This layout will be used to create interior plans and 3D visual proposals. ⸻ 1. Space Overview The final layout should maximize comfort, productivity, and circulation. The environment must feel clean, contemporary, and professional, with warm touches (wood, plants, soft lighting). Please propose different possible configurations. ⸻ 2. Zones to Include A. Coworking Area (Main Space) • 6 to 10 workstations • Combination of shared long desks or individual stations • Power outlets easily accessible • Good lighting (mix of natural + overhead + task lighting) • Space for small accessories or storage • Optional: a small lounge corner (sofa + coffee table) B. Private Office (Isolated) • 1 large desk + ergonomic chair • Small meeting space for 2–3 people • Glass partition optional (if it fits the style), but must ensure acoustic privacy • Storage unit or shelves • Clean, minimalist aesthetic C. Podcast Recording Studio • Fully isolated / sound-treated • Space for 2 to 3 people minimum • Table + microphones + headphones (we will install equipment later) • Acoustic panels integrated into the design • Warm, creative ambiance (LED strips or soft background lighting) • Small window optional (only if it does not reduce acoustic quality) ⸻ 3.
