Beneath or alongside this structure there should also be a clear spot for the company website URL, and the website URL for the careers board. Because the signature will circulate company-wide, I need it supplied in both PDF (for quick sharing) and HTML (for direct implementation in Outlook, Apple Mail, and Gmail). Please keep the source fully editable so we can swap out staff information or update artwork down the line without starting from scratch.
