The goal is to launch a clean, modern-and-minimalistic website that delivers information clearly and loads fast on every device. I already have the written copy and basic brand colours; what I need now is a polished front-end, a lightweight CMS back-end (WordPress, Statamic or similarly simple platform), and thoughtful touches that keep the layout spacious and distraction-free. Scope • Design and build up to five core pages (Home, About, Services, Resources, Contact) with room to expand later. • Implement responsive layouts that look identical across desktop, tablet and mobile. • Optimise images, fonts and code so pages score 90+ on Google Lighthouse for performance and accessibility. • Integrate an easy-to-edit CMS dashboard and a contact form routed to my email. • Set up basic on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, open-graph tags). • Provide a brief hand-off guide so I can update text or add new pages without touching code. Deliverables 1. Fully deployable website files and database (if applicable). 2. CMS admin credentials. 3. Style guide listing typography, colour palette and spacing rules. 4. One-hour walkthrough video or live session covering edits and maintenance. I’ll supply logos, copy and any stock images the moment we start. Once the site is live on my domain and meets the performance targets, the project is complete.
