I run a managed WordPress portal where counsellors log in and submit university applications on behalf of their students. With thousands of courses now in the database, scrolling is no longer practical, so I want a streamlined search interface built directly into the counsellor back-end. What I need developed: • A dedicated search bar plus two selectable filters—Course Name and University Name—so counsellors can quickly narrow results. • No type-ahead or live suggestions; the query should run only after the user submits. • When results load, the current “PostGraduate” label that appears on every listing must be removed entirely because it is misleading for non-postgraduate programmes (e.g., English language courses, Master’s, etc.). Everything else about the portal stays the same; just hook this feature into the existing WordPress admin area (custom plugin or theme functions is fine). Search speed and accuracy are the acceptance criteria: if a counsellor can locate a specific course in a few keystrokes and the programme level no longer shows, the job is done.
