I already have a basic visual theme and colour palette that sets the overall mood, so you’ll be expanding on those guidelines rather than starting from scratch. Here’s what I’m looking for: • Print-ready artwork for one main stage backdrop, a set of standees positioned at entrances and photo-ops, and wrap designs for venue pillars. Each file should be delivered in CMYK, high-resolution PDF (with source files in AI or PSD) and include bleed, trim, and safe zones clearly marked. • A single 3D rendered mock-up that places all three elements inside a generic event hall, giving stakeholders a realistic preview of how the visuals will tie together. Any mainstream tool—Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar—is fine, as long as I receive both a high-resolution still image and the native file. Acceptance criteria: the colours must match the existing palette exactly (Pantone references provided on award), text remains legible from a minimum six-metre viewing distance, and the 3D perspective accurately reflects relative scale of each element. Once these checkpoints are satisfied, the project is complete.
