I have a 2D SPEC-view PNG specification drawing for a PEEK plastic housing, and I need it translated into a fully detailed 3D STEP CAD model. Every feature shown— internal cavities, reliefs, radii, draft angles—must be captured with mechanical accuracy, ready for tooling or further design work. Please work directly from the PNG, recreating dimensions and tolerances exactly as depicted so the finished part will drop into our existing assemblies without fit issues. The final deliverable is a clean, watertight STEP file produced in the CAD platform of your choice (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, NX, etc.). I am not bound to ISO or ASME standards, but I do expect sensible modeling best practices and tidy feature naming so future edits remain straightforward. Before releasing the file, confirm that: • All geometric details match the 2D drawing. Where no 3D info available, approximate to the best of ability, • Wall thicknesses and critical clearances mirror the spec. • The model opens error-free in mainstream CAD programs. Once delivered, I will verify the STEP against the drawing and sign off promptly.
