Project Description We are looking for a skilled Revit freelancer to convert existing 2D AutoCAD drawings (DWG/PDF) into a 3D Revit model (Revit 2024). The model should include only the kitchen area, dining area (guest room), and the ventilation ceiling (Lüftungsdecke). Other building structures are not required. The 3D model will serve as a basis for realistic visualization, therefore all major elements must be clearly visible and recognizable. Scope of Work Walls & Structure Model only the walls visible from the kitchen and dining area. Exclude other building parts. Kitchen Equipment Include all main kitchen equipment (appliances, counters, etc.). Worktables and special furniture can be simplified as block/corpus geometry, but should remain identifiable. Ventilation Ceiling (Lüftungsdecke) Model the ventilation ceiling according to the provided reference data. Simplified block modeling is sufficient, but must reflect proportions and layout for visualization purposes. Revit Categories Building elements (walls, facades, etc.) → Category “General” Kitchen equipment & ventilation ceiling → Category “Special Equipment” Technical Requirements Final format: RVT Revit version: 2024 Units: millimeters Language of labels (if any): German No need for: annotations, BOM, schedules, or material lists Input Files Provided 2D DWG and PDF drawings Kitchen equipment list (as reference) Ventilation ceiling (Lüftungsdecke) data Timeline Deadline: October 16, 2025 (if not possible, please propose the nearest available delivery date) No intermediate drafts are required – only the final Revit file. Additional Notes The model does not require dimensioning, text, or material specifications. Equipment, worktables, and the ventilation ceiling must be recognizable in the visualization. The freelancer should ensure a clean and structured Revit file.
