We’re a premium creator agency focused on gay/twink male models. We’re looking for a part-time content strategist to help us build elegant, high-converting content systems for our creators. Responsibilities: - Create weekly/monthly content calendars tailored to gay/twink audience - Develop PPV drop strategies and upsell flows - Build retention systems (loyalty rewards, re-sub flows, fan segmentation) - Collaborate on brand tone and visual direction Requirements: - Experience with OnlyFans or subscription-based platforms - Understanding of NSFW content strategy and fan psychology - Ability to work within a premium, minimalist brand aesthetic - Bonus: Familiarity with Airtable, Notion, or similar tools
