I need a focused, easy-to-use module that plugs into our existing ERP and lets us follow every civil-site activity day-by-day from any browser or an Android phone. Scope of work • Build a unified web interface and a matching Android app. Screens must feel the same across both. • Data entry happens on site: foremen and supervisors simply tap the relevant check-boxes for each task in the daily log—no typing except for optional notes. • An administrator prepares the groundwork: sets up each project, uploads the full agreement and BOQ, then breaks the scope down into main and sub-contracts. • When a task is ticked as complete, progress is rolled up automatically to its sub-contract and then to the main contract. • Dashboards show progress in both horizontal and vertical bar graphs. Users can filter any view by date range or by contractor. • Reports required: – Hierarchy of contracts with drill-down to every section and task – Overall progress for the main contractor – Individual progress for each sub-contractor – Summaries by average, percentage, and monetary value Key expectations – Clean, responsive UI (React / Angular welcome on web, native or Flutter/Kotlin for Android—open to your preferred stack). – Structured, well-documented API so future mobile or desktop clients can reuse the same endpoints. – Role-based access: Administrator, Team Leader, Supervisor, Viewer. – Daily history preserved; we must be able to pick any date and see exactly what was ticked that day. – Source code, deployment scripts, and a short hand-off session complete the delivery.
