I want to record voice note on WhatsApp and have it appear as a task in Pipedrive. It does not need at this stage to be linked to any organisation or deal, it just needs to appear on the activity list as a 'to do' and the office assistant will link it up and complete it once they have read the transcript of the voice note, using whatsapp, twillo, make, open ai and pipedrive.
