My SaaS platform is ready for a deep-dive quality check that covers every corner of the experience. The scope spans four core areas—functionality, usability, security, and overall UI/UX polish—across all desktop browsers. Testing must be performed against five distinct user profiles: Admin, Regular User, Guest, Teacher, and School Admin. Each role has its own permission set and workflow, so role-specific edge cases matter just as much as the happy paths. Security is non-negotiable. I need OWASP Top 10 coverage, session management checks, permission escalation attempts, and a light penetration sweep to confirm that data isolation and encryption are sound. Deliverables I expect: • A concise test plan outlining coverage by module, user role, and browser • Executed test cases and regression scripts with clear pass / fail logs • A prioritized defect list (severity, steps to reproduce, environment, screenshots or screen-recordings) entered in my existing tracker or yours, then exported to PDF • A security report detailing vulnerabilities, evidence, and remediation advice • A final summary that highlights UX friction points and usability wins / gaps Automation (Selenium, Cypress) is welcome for repetitive flows, while API checks through Postman or similar tools will strengthen coverage. Once fixes land, please re-test and mark issues as verified. Timeline is flexible within reason, but I’d like an initial test plan draft within three days so we can align on scope. All documentation must be in English and structured so an internal dev can pick it up instantly.
