Our in-house CRM has become a bottleneck: the interface frustrates users, database queries are slowing down daily operations, and every new integration feels like a patch rather than a solution. I want this upgrade to deliver a smoother day-to-day experience for the sales team, customer support, and management alike. Scope of work • Revamp the user interface so it is responsive, intuitive, and easy to navigate on both desktop and mobile. • Re-architect database management for faster look-ups, cleaner schemas, and painless scalability. • Extend and streamline integrations with our existing tools—email marketing, ERP, and reporting dashboards—through reliable REST or GraphQL APIs and webhooks. Data migration All existing customer data, sales records, and historical interaction logs need to move to the upgraded environment intact. Zero data loss and minimal downtime are essential, so a clear migration plan with staging, validation, and rollback steps is expected. Deliverables 1. Fully deployed CRM with the new UI, optimized database, and live integrations. 2. Migration scripts and documentation proving customer, sales, and interaction data integrity. 3. Knowledge-transfer session and concise technical docs for our internal admin. Acceptance criteria • Page loads under two seconds for core workflows. • 100% data parity verified by checksum after migration. • Successful end-to-end tests for each integration endpoint. Tools and stack decisions are flexible—whether you prefer Laravel, Node.js, .NET, or a Salesforce-centric approach—so long as the final result is stable, maintainable, and future-proof.
