I already have a full set of 2-D drawings for a three-storey residence and now need them transformed into an accurate, construction-ready 3-D package. Every discipline—architectural, structural, interior, MEP and landscaping—carries equal weight for me, so the model must knit all of them together seamlessly. Scope of work • Translate the existing floor plans into a coordinated 3-D model (Revit, ArchiCAD or similar BIM platform preferred). • Generate exterior elevations, building sections and site grading that align perfectly with the model. • Model the complete landscape design, from hardscape contours to planting beds. • Develop the interior in detail, including furniture layout, lighting design and floor-finish specification. • Add fully routed HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems so clashes can be checked in the BIM environment. • Produce structural drawings covering foundation details, load-bearing walls, roof framing and any other critical elements. Deliverables 1. Native BIM file plus exported DWG/DXF set. 2. PDF sheet set ready for permit submission (plans, sections, elevations, schedules). 3. High-resolution rendered stills of key interior and exterior views. 4. Short walkthrough video or cloud model link for client review. 5. Clash-detection report confirming coordination among architectural, MEP and structural layers. Acceptance criteria • Dimensions must match the supplied 2-D drawings to the millimetre. • No unresolved clashes between architectural, MEP and structural components. • Landscape and site grading tie cleanly into the ground-floor level. • Lighting renders accurately reflect specified fixture types and lumen outputs. • All sheets use a consistent title block and scale. Once the final package meets the above, we can discuss any tweaks before sign-off. I will share the current DWGs and reference images as soon as we agree on file format and timeline.
