Recreation & Aquatic Facility – 3D Animation We are seeking a professional 3D visualization specialist to create a high-quality animated walkthrough of a recreation and aquatic facility. The project will be developed using an existing SketchUp (.SKP) model that already contains the base architectural geometry of the building. The purpose of the animation is to clearly communicate the design intent, spatial layout, and user experience of the facility to stakeholders, community members, and project partners. The animation should showcase both exterior and interior perspectives, highlighting the main functional areas of the facility and illustrating how visitors will experience the building as they move through the space. Key spaces to be featured include: Main building exterior and site context Lobby and main entrance Lap pool area Warm water / therapy pool area Family leisure pool and aquatic amenities Gymnasium and recreational areas Walking track above the gym Childcare spaces and indoor/outdoor play areas Community areas such as café and library Circulation corridors and common areas The animation should simulate a smooth walkthrough or flythrough, guiding viewers from the exterior entrance into the building and through the key program spaces. Camera movements should be natural and cinematic, helping viewers understand scale, circulation, and relationships between spaces. The existing SketchUp model will be provided as the base file. The animator may be required to: Refine materials and lighting for realistic rendering Add environmental elements (people, vegetation, lighting effects) Enhance textures and finishes where necessary Set up camera paths and animation sequences Render the final animation in high quality The final deliverables should include: A high-resolution animated video suitable for presentations (minimum 1080p, preferably 4K) Approximately 1–3 minutes of animation Smooth transitions between major spaces and viewpoints Visual style that is clean, modern, and presentation-ready The goal of this animation is to provide an engaging and easy-to-understand visualization of the facility, allowing stakeholders and community members to experience the project before construction.
