I’m preparing to fit-out a new commercial restaurant and need a qualified architect or interior architect who can translate my vision into a full set of build-ready documents. The overall mood I want to achieve is traditional and elegant—think timeless detailing, warm materials, and a refined atmosphere that still feels inviting. Scope The project covers three key zones within the premises: • Dining area – guest flow, table configurations, lighting concepts, and millwork. • Kitchen – efficient back-of-house layout compliant with local health codes, equipment coordination, and service circulation. • Restrooms – cohesive finishes, accessibility compliance, and ventilation planning. What I’m expecting 1. Concept sketches that capture the traditional, elegant theme. 2. Scaled floor plans and reflected ceiling plans showing furniture, equipment, and fixture placement. 3. Interior elevations and key millwork details. 4. 3D visualisations or renders for stakeholder sign-off. 5. A final drawing set with dimensions, materials schedule, and basic MEP coordination notes ready for submission to my general contractor and local authorities. Tools & file formats I normally work with DWG and PDF for 2D documentation and either SketchUp or Revit for 3D views, so please be comfortable delivering in at least one of those formats. Timeline I’d like to move quickly—initial concepts within two weeks of award, full documentation within six. Let me know if you can meet or better this schedule. If this brief matches your expertise in restaurant architecture and you’re excited to craft a classic yet functional space, I look forward to seeing your portfolio and discussing the next steps.
