We are seeking a proposal for the development of a project-based assessment question bank to support our in-house Learning Experience Platform (LXP). This will be real tech problems which will include all dependencies in a virtual machine. The assessments will cater to: • Internal employees pursuing skill upgrades • External candidates undergoing recruitment evaluations The questions will have 3 difficulty levels – Easy, Medium, Hard Along with the question creation, we also require SMEs for evaluating the candidate answers manually on the assessment questions on below skillsets.
