I have a new multi-family property in development and need a complete 3D exterior modeled in SketchUp that captures a relaxed, coastal aesthetic—think light façades, generous balconies, and materials that feel at home by the water. Scope • Model the full building from existing plans in SketchUp, including rooflines, windows, doors, and any site-visible features such as stairs or carports. • Apply textures, colors, and landscaping that reinforce the coastal feel (weathered wood, soft whites, sea-inspired accents). • Produce high-resolution still renders from at least three key angles suitable for investor presentations. Acceptance criteria 1. Native .skp file delivered, layered and grouped cleanly for easy edits. 2. Minimum three 4K JPEG/PNG renders with daylighting that highlights architectural details. 3. 2 round of minor revisions included once I review the initial model. I’ll share floor plans, revit floor plan ( if needed) and reference photos as soon as we start.
