The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct client interviews and communicate the results with the team. The caller will attend meetings with clients, gather requirements, and provide feedback to the development team to ensure we align client expectations with our technical capabilities. Key Responsibilities Attend client meetings: Including introductory calls, technical interviews, and cultural fit assessments (CEO calls).Communicate effectively: Handle both clients and developers during technical interviews, especially when technical questions get tough.Share meeting outcomes: Record videos or write reports to summarize meeting outcomes.Coordinate with the team: Ensure that project and technical requirements are accurately captured. Compensation Hourly Rate: $30 - $50 per hour (for meeting time).Performance Bonus: 20-30% of the first month’s project budget, based on successful project acquisition. Key Qualifications 4+ years of experience in web development (front-end and back-end).Exceptional English communication skills: Both written and verbal.Previous experience in conducting technical interviews is a plus.
