Photorealistic Balcony Design – Classicist Style Description: I am the owner of the building and am looking for an experienced architect or designer to create a photorealistic, to-scale design of the balcony in a classicist style. Plans and photos of the building will be provided. The project should include three design variants with different levels of classical detailing. Each variant should: Be photorealistic and to scale Allow extraction of precise dimensions and measurements for contractor use Include a material list that can be directly used for ordering, referencing STO products where applicable.The STO product catalog is also available and should be used as reference for elements where appropriate. Maintain classicist proportions with clean, precise profiles, limited ornamental additions Use existing windows, doors, and balcony railing as in the provided photos Include single left balcony support styled analogously to façade corner pilasters, integrated into the cornice Balcony floor in stainless steel, covered by a matching cornice Deliverables: High-resolution photorealistic renders of all three balcony variants Scaled, dimensioned plans for each variant Material lists for each variant with STO product references Requirements: Architecture or design experience, 3D modeling, photorealistic rendering Ability to work to scale and integrate provided photos and plans Knowledge of classicist architectural proportions and detailing Budget & Timeline: Please provide a quote for the complete package covering three variants Focus is only on the balcony
