Class-A Ergonomic Console Surfacing

Our engineering team has finalised the PCB, battery pack and wiring harness for a dual-grip handheld device. Now I need the outer skin modelled in Fusion 360 with true Class A quality. The job centres on sculpting the left and right grips so they flow seamlessly into the central body, keeping G2 curvature throughout. Real-world ergonomics drive every line: the grips must stay comfortable during long sessions, accommodate a wide range of hand sizes and allow for a future non-slip texture. Think of the feel of the best gaming controllers rather than a simple plastic shell. Because this will go straight to tooling, every surface must be watertight, draft-aware and suitable for plastic injection moulding. I will share the internal component envelope; your model has to respect mounting bosses, screw posts and PCB clearances while hiding parting lines in visually quiet zones. Deliverables • Native Fusion 360 surface bodies for each half-shell and the central housing • A neutral STEP file of the full assembly • High-quality renders (any engine) that showcase grip curvature and part splits • Separate, properly named bodies ready for manufacturing review Acceptance criteria – Continuous G2 curvature verified with Zebra/Curvature maps – All fillets and blends resolve cleanly with no micro-patches – Split lines follow mould-friendly directions and respect draft requirements – Final STEP imports into SolidWorks without gaps or surface errors If you are confident with Fusion 360’s Form/Sculpt and surface tools and can prove past work on ergonomic consumer products, I’d like to review a brief portfolio before we begin.
